12月24日 Story : On Christmas EveWaking up on Christmas Eve , it feels really cold , looking out the window and seeing nothing but trees and grass , "yet another lonely Christmas" you thought. Going into the bathroom , freshening up for the day. Making breakfast , and having it on the balcony. It really feels peaceful but yet it is spent all alone , all the greenery , the fresh air of the outdoors , and the cool breeze all yours. Cuddling up in a coat , finishing breakfast and enjoying the view. After cleaning up , you get dressed and head out into the woods. Great feeling to be walking through the woods , even though your all alone you still feel many things around you , like the birds cuddled up in their nest , the squirrels sleeping away , but sometimes rabbits will still be out hopping around. You settle down on a clearing for lunch. You make the fire , and started eating your sandwiches. Just then , a little deer walks out from the woods and stared at you , feeling non threatened it approaches nearer and nearer , and soon you could reach out and feel its cold nose , it settles down next to you staring at your sandwiches. You reached out and peel bits of your sandwich and fed the deer. It was nice having lunch with someone or even something. You clean up and continued the walk through the woods , your new found deer friend followed. After a short walk , it was time to head back before it gets dark , gathering some firewood along the journey back , your deer friend was still following you , feeling that there wasn't any harm letting it follow you just continue making your way home. The sun had already set when you reach home. The deer settles down at the balcony while you went in and had a warm bath. After your bath you started making dinner and this time its dinner for two , you opened the door and let the deer in. At least you wont have to have dinner alone this time. After dinner , you clear up the table and wash the dishes , and settles down in front of the fire place. You set up de phonograph and sat down on the couch with your deer friend by your side. Enjoying your hot chocolate and sharing it with your friend , time slowly pass by and its close to midnight. Looking at the deer you said : "How I wish you could understand me , maybe even being a human being would be nice, but I guess you would never understand me or even understand how I really feel." I smiled at the deer and patted it. Finishing up the hot chocolate just before the music ended , your eyes feels tired and fall asleep on the couch. Just before falling asleep you look out the window and it started to snow. The Christmas morning sun shine in your face and you felt something wet on your cheek , slowly you open your eyes and right there standing in front of you was a person. You started looking around for your deer friend but the deer was no where to be found. You look back and stared into the person's eye and it look similar to your deer friend's. The person looked at you and smiled , and you knew there and then that that person was indeed that deer friend. Now there's someone to stay by your side on Christmas Day and for many many Christmas to come. Quack quack quack.
